Product Owner
* Fluency in English;
* Technical knowledge;
* Enthusiasm for creating products and great user experiences;
* Experience as product owner for at least 1-2 years;
* Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously as part of a big initiative;
* Experience in working on delivery/development teams;
* Experience in product discovery processes and documentation standards;
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills;
* Experience using advanced product management techniques for tracking, monitoring, visualizing, and improving team efficiency and communication (Proficiency in Jira, Confluence and Asana is a plus);
* Good understanding of the gaming industry, Retail / Online (Casino/Sportsbook) is a plus;
* Understanding of Agile approach and Scrum framework;
* Humility; a constant desire to grow and learn;
* Gather all relevant information and tasks from Stakeholders;
* Develop a strategic perspective of business products with business, customers and technology understanding;
* Control backlog and work closely with development team;
* Create relevant Wish list, prioritize tasks that align with companies needs and instruct their execution with Sprints;
* Organize Sprints according to company priority and Wish list;
* Constantly be prepared to give Stakeholders task status and due date updates;
* Have tight control on due dates and deliver tasks within deadline;
* Check quality of executed tasks;
* At the end of each Sprint create a Sprint Review, highlighting completed tasks and changes in the new release;
* Analyze and understand “profit-and-loss” in terms of what value has been realized for a specific objective with dedicated capacity investment;
* Determine the outcomes and goals that need to be achieved;
* Empower stakeholders to provide day-to-day guidance on objectives, priorities, and tasks;
* Guide quarterly and monthly planning sessions;
* Help squads develop right strategies and tactics to deliver desired outcomes;
* Help discover and prioritize product opportunities;
* Work with product owners and development leaders to match the right people to the right squads;
* Understand an integrated perspective of the company as a whole and how their part fits in with the larger enterprise;
* Enable collaboration across organizational boundaries;
