Senior Java Software Engineer

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields

* Minimum of 5 years of experience in Java development

* Expert-level knowledge and experience in Java programming, with a deep understanding of OOP concepts, multithreading, and the JVM

* Proficiency in using popular Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate, and experience designing and implementing RESTful web services

* Familiarity with agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC), and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

* Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgresSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop effective solutions

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills, and ability to maintain code quality through code reviews and refactoring

* Proficiency in using version control systems such as Git

* Design, develop and maintain enterprise-level applications using Java and related technologies

* Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following OOP practices and design patterns

* Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers

* Implement RESTful web services and APIs using frameworks such as Spring

* Write automated tests using Spring Testing Framework

* Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues using JVM profiling tools

* Use build tools such as Maven or Gradle to manage dependencies, build, and deploy Java applications

* Maintain and improve existing codebase and ensure code quality through code reviews and refactoring

* Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Java development and share knowledge with the team
